Chang Clinic is a Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC), and has taken the following precautions to prevent possible transmission of COVID-19 virus:

Triage Area |
Triage
All patients will be triaged with temperature taking and review of recent travel history prior to registration and consultation. Accompanying persons will also be similarly screened. Non-essential accompanying persons are strongly discouraged from entering the clinic. Please fill the declaration form truthfully.

Door A / Area A |
Patient separation
Patients with respiratory symptoms / fever will be seen at Room 2, separate from all other patients. They will enter and leave the clinic through Door A.

A physical screen separates Area B from Area A.

Patients with non-respiratory, non-fever and chronic medical conditions will be seen at Room 4. They will enter and leave the clinic through Door B.
Patients suspected to be infected will be held in the Isolation Room until emergency services arrive.
There will be physical separation between patients of both groups.
PHPC Subsidies
Singapore citizens and permanent residents can receive government subsidies for the treatment of acute respiratory illnesses from 18 February 2020.
Please note that Chang Clinic is not a SASH (Swab and Send Home) clinic, and does not provide Covid vaccinations.
Revised Working Hours
Chang Clinic will be closed on Wednesday afternoons until further notice. All other working hours remain unchanged.
